Ashley is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Associate in North Carolina, with a Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy from Liberty University and a Graduate Certificate in Mental Health Studies. She also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the State University of New York at Empire State College. As a military spouse, Ashley deeply understands the challenges faced by individuals, couples, and families, particularly in the military community. She specializes in helping clients navigate relationship difficulties, improve communication, and build stronger emotional connections. Ashley sees individuals, couples, and families, and is passionate about helping them rediscover their resilience, heal, and strengthen their bonds. She believes that while people and relationships are inherently resilient, support is often needed to guide them through challenging times and promote lasting growth.
